How to choose
Work out where guests will stand, leave a gap for pillars, stands and furniture, and measure the usable wall or floor space in the venue. Send us the venue name and a floor plan if you have one, and we will advise on size.
Standard event backdrop sizes in Singapore
There is no single standard, but these sizes cover most requests:
8×8 ft
A square photo wall that frames a pair or a small group.
10×8 ft
The common photo wall and small press wall size.
12×8 ft
A small press or sponsor wall.
16×8 ft
The usual press conference and step-and-repeat format.
Wider than 16 ft
Panelled in sections, with no fixed upper limit; confirm with us where your venue allows rigging.

LOGISTICS
Venue and logistics in Singapore
Hotels, convention centres and shopping malls often limit load-in times, fixing methods and rigging points. Tell us the venue and event date when you request a quote, and we will plan the frame type, panel sizes and installation window around those rules.
For outdoor events, we recommend weather-resistant vinyl, because rain and humidity are routine.

Artwork tips for event backdrops

Use vector logos (AI, EPS or PDF) so they stay sharp at large sizes.

Add bleed and keep key logos and text inside a safe margin.

Keep important content above roughly 1.2 m from the floor, so tables, podiums and guests do not block it.

For photo walls, repeat the logo at several heights so it appears in both group and close-up shots.
